Fusion 360 PCB Rectangle on Milling layer is not rendered correctly in 3D PCB

Hi all,

I have a PCB design with a rectangular cutin the middle, which I created by adding a rectangle (Document -> Draw -> Rectangle) on 46 Milling layer. However, when I push it to 3D PCB, it is not cut from the body, but still rendered as a complete board (See attached images). Interestingly, the circles I created using similar steps (Document -> Draw -> Circle) on milling layer are rendered as holes correctly. Does anyone know what is happening in this case?

Also just wanted to mention that the physical PCB board is printed correctly with the corresponding brd file, and the rectangle in the middle is cut correctly

Hi @clumich,

I hope you're doing well. Don't use a filled in rectangle, draw the rectangle using the line command and make sure it's just an outline.

Filled in rectangles can not be used to make cutouts in the board.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
