I'm fresh to PCB design, and I just made my first PCB yesterday, and I wanted to export it to JLCPCB to get it shipped, but then it said it requires gerber files, and Fusion 360 doesn't appear to have an option for this, only listing .brd files. How can I get a gerber file for JLCPCB to accept? Thanks.

Hi @colinNJB25,
I hope you're doing well. You can assign attributes at the schematic level as well as the library. Just click the attribute command and then click on the component you want to assign attributes to. You can also do it through the inspector.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
Let me see if I understand, If I create a new attribute in the window below, it will be added in the BOM? For example, if I make an attribute named "datasheet" and I give it the value of the URL for the datasheet, it will make a new column in the BOM named datasheet and populate it with my value?
Hi @colinNJB25,
That is correct sir. The BOM tool automatically picks up all of the attributes that have been defined for a component.

Hello @michael.venz ,
You can write a script that writes the default attribute set for you.
See the documentation here: https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=ECD-CLI#attribute
