Money has been debited from my account 3 days back, i have received the invoice as well, still it shows expired,

I hope you're doing well. First thing to check is to go to manage.autodesk.com and see if you have an active entitlement there. If you don't have an entitlement there than we would have to get in touch with sales to see what's going on.
If you do have a commercial entitlement there then it might just be that Fusion needs to recache the entitlement. Try signing out of Fusion 360 and then signing back in.
