Bug: After placing the cursor over the select box, it is not possible to change items by mouse wheel scrolling only.

After placing the cursor over the select box, it is not possible to change items by scrolling.

This is how it should work properly (EAGLE): routing in progress -> place cursor over select box -> scroll by mouse wheel -> the value in select box changes -> continue with routing. Absolutely fast and efficient. If you need to try it out, use the old EAGLE.

When will it be fixed?
