3 leg device creation

Was looking to make a 3 leg trimmer capacitor, this Jameco but did not see any of the types listed to base it off of having three legs...in the New Package creator, though it usually works quite nicely...and other existing models were the wrong leg dimensions, and two legs, not 3.

https://www.jameco.com/Jameco/Products/ProdDS/94466.pdf

So, I thought I could use like a generic radial capacitor and open the drawing and fiddle with the sketch and so on and add a leg...so the foot print would be correct, but the macro in fusion which creates the packages has some of the sketches "locked" indicating some steps are removed from the time line during creation, so using the time line to edit sketches is out...

So I  thought I will find another three leg part I used and modify the foot print so I will have the correct holes anyhow on the PCB...

I opened the foot print (right click in schematic view open symbol...) footprints the 2x click on the name but alas it seems the measurement and the hole can only be moved around on the grid ant not precisely with the move tool which I could then save and open as a team member like usual...plus there is no inspect measurement.

I would welcome suggestions on making a 3 leg component, sorry if I missed the obvious...

And, perhaps even better if any one has an example of making a new package without the macros making the names, values, silk screen, and so forth sketches and bodies, the whole works, I would appropriate it so I am not bound to the selections provided, can't just follow the time line as some of the steps are deleted as indicated by the locked sketches which do not allow editing.

Thank you,

John

update - thought copying a snap lock 2x would work, but the sketch is not copied with the body and there is only one pad avaiable after making new local package...same problem, the one sketch is locked and can not be copied...so only one pad when 3 are needed causing an error
