Why is CAM Preview so low resolution?

I am wondering why we cannot get a high resolution, high accuracy CAM Preview? It seems odd that the 3D rendering is more detailed than a Manufacturing review rendering for the board house.

We end up submitting the project to OSH Park just to get better renderings, when all of our prototype work goes to PCBWAY.

Makes me feel bad for OSH Park; like we are abusing them, LOL. And It seems like from vector information, better images could be rendered from either system.

If you look in the CAM processor itself you get a better resolution image. 

I'll put in an improvement request for this.

I can confirm that CAM preview resolution is horrible, especially for larger PCB boards.

Please consider an option that we can adjust the CAM preview resolution, so it is possible to read all the texts.

I like the idea of rendering on the fly, the way Illustrator or AutoCAD or
even Fusion 360 does normally.

Leave it vector information and render to the level of zoom selected, which
should be pretty unlimited, in my opinion.
