UI: Mouse wheel zoom requires extra click after activating a tool

Eagle: For example, I could activate the Route tool and then hover over the working area and immediately wheel-scroll to zoom.

Fusion: The "Route" menu steals focus, requiring an extra click or middle-click to put focus back on the working area in order to use the mousewheel to zoom in/out.

Hi @jeffg28CLY ,

I just tried this on windows and I can't reproduce what you are seeing. I activate the ROUTE command and I can immediately zoom in and out. I don't have to click anywhere to get it to work. Could you provide more insight into what you are doing?

I just did this process:

- activated Route tool
- scroll wheel to zoom worked fine
- typed a new trace-width into Route tool's menu
- canceled Route tool
- activated Route tool again
- scroll wheel zoom now requires a click in the workspace

This may also matter: I have the "Route Manual" menu as an undocked window.

As far as I can tell, the Route Manual menu can steal focus within Fusion: Normally, there is a blue line beneath the command line bar, but when a tool is activated, like Route, then that blue line goes away until I click in the work area, at which point the scroll wheel zoom functionality works again
