Library.io will not sync with Fusion360

Sorry to double post. I posted this on the Support forums on Thursday; I haven't heard a thing. I'm wondering if maybe i should had posted this issues here.

Original Post:

I'm trying to push my local library changes to Library.io. Once I click the button, a message pops up saying that I need to go online to be able to use the feature. But I'm already online and going on/off does not work. Also syncing/pulling a library gets stuck in an endless loop.

I've tried:

loging in/out and then restart

clearing cache

running fusions's network diagnosis - all passed

reinstalled fusion (using 'repair' under the service utility).

updating pc

restarting pc

logged in to library.io's website and uploaded a test library - to see if it would show in fusion. nothing

had a few beers - nada

restarted my router - nope

disabled my firewall - still nothing

I'm going to try deleting all my libraries in library.io using the website.

I'm out of ideas. I'll try to upload my log files.

Here is the message I see when I try to upload/download a library from Library.io:

Once I click on the blue 'login' text link I get this which disappears really quick, less than 2 secs:

This is a picture of the endless loading of library.io to sync in library manager:

I am having the same issue. I get that pop window as well as the following error message whenever I open Library Manager.. "Error: Transaction failed: Host requires authentication".

I'm also having this problem -- tried 2 machines and 2 different networks.  Neither would work. Same authorization issues.  I've even logged into library.io on each machine. No obvious workaround.

Autodesk? This is becoming a serious issue for productivity.

For those still having issues, can you confirm you are using the same login for EAGLE as for Fusion? The login's must be the same otherwise the libraries will not be picked up correctly.

If any one is still having problems accessing their managed libraries in Fusion 360 please reply to this thread.

One thing I'm going to recommend is to make sure you are on the latest version, there were several hotfixes in the last week.

I'm still having the same issue. I don't use Eagle anymore, just fusion360
electronic design. But yes, both my eagle and fusion accounts are the same
(same login and password). I fired up fusion on my old surface pro laptop
installed the latest update and it looks like it works there. But my main
rig is still having the same issue. Should I do another full software
install?

Thanks

Hey, I'm still having issues with library.io.

Is there a specific port that fusion uses to connect to library.io? I could check my router and see if it is being used by another connection. Today I used my surface pro to work on some designs on the go, and I was able to access my library.io folders, update them, push and pull from the cloud. I don't see why my desktop can't do the same. I prefer to use my desktop since fusion runs somewhat faster.

Hi @jerry_gabrie,

Is there anything unique about the setup on the desktop. Are you on VPN or subject to any form of IT restriction on that computer? If you connect that computer to a different network does library.io work?

Thanks,

Nothing special, hooked up to a netgear router/modem. no proxies nor vpns. I'm my own admin.

I'll see about connecting it to another network. Its a tower with no wifi card. Ill figure out something.

I'm having a similar issue. I have never used Eagle and only Fusion 360 Electronics.

Hey Chrisk,

I've been having this issue for over a month now. Haven't heard from the fusion team in about 2 weeks. We might have stumped them.

It looks like you're using Mac OS (I thought it could have been my win11 insider beta version causing issues) - so that rules out my theory. When did you first noticed the issue? Have you tried logging into the physical website? (www.library.io). See if you're able to view your current libraries.

Sad that you're also having issues with library.io, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Thanks,

Recently I reinstall windows, and can't find Eagle download more...

So I installed Fusion (not a smooth app just for my PCB design), Now my managed library not syncing..!!

From 2 days It showing error...

In eagle after some try it managed to sync, but in fusion no hope.

Also, eagle is ending, so no chance to go back eagle...

It's been 2 years, but not a single solution came up...

But still I've to ask... "Is there any solution"...?

I can't make A PCB without my managed libraries from "Library.io".

If there is no solution is there any other stable app available...?
