How to change orientation of components in arange tool?

I want to arrange my components around a circular structure, as can be seen in the first image. The problem is, that I want the individual components to be rotated in such a way, that the cathode connector is at the board outline (see image 2). In the arrange tool, I can't find an option that defines the rotation of the individual components. How can I do this?

in the arrange submenu you can add 90 or 270 degrees to the "start angle" and i think you will get what you want. here i just made an example with a resistor. you see adding to the start angle can change the orientation of the components in place.
