Rotate arrangement by non-90 degree angle

How can I rotate a whole arrangement by a defined angle so that it can be aligned with the board outline in the image below?

First use select to group all the components you want rotated. Then click rotate. In the rotate sub window that appears you can just click on the box and type whatever angle you want in.

After you select the angle you want you can right click somewhere on the pcb and "rotate group" should appear.
