Fusion always faithful to its faults! CRASH 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It's been 9 months since I last used FUSION and here is my first crash....

WHEN ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO STABILIZE THIS SOFTWARE NOT STABLE AT ALL?????? rather than adding unnecessary functions make stable software!!!!!

The competition is getting there, ask them for help if you want, they know how to do it.

I do well not to use Fusion for big projects, I just opened Fusion after 9 months because I use another one that is very stable and evolved, and first crap !!!!!!!!

@RitchieFromParis Firstly thank you for submitting the crash report to us. While crashing Fusion is not what you want to experience after coming back to it in 9 months, we also want to say that our electronics engineering team has done a lot of focused efforts over the past year improving our quality especially in the area of crashes. 

While we do not claim to be a crash free software, we certainly want to address as many reports from our customers that are crashing. I would kindly ask that during the reminder of the day and work that you are going to do with Fusion if you can keep submitting your crashes to us, it will help us monitor in our backend. I sure hope that as you continue to use Fusion, we are able to show the efforts that we have added over the past year and that translates to a better experience for you. 

As for the one crash that you called out above, if this is repeatable, would certainly like to work with you to understand what is happening here and see if we can quickly address it.

I want to help you, but I've already spent almost a year helping you with Helen and Jorge and other developers, I've even spent almost more time helping you debug than doing my job , and of course I pay for my license every year.

I don't know what to tell you anymore, the project I was working on was a very small project, I no longer do big projects with Fusion and for good reason!!

I can see that you are making efforts to improve the stability of Fusion, but the facts are there, after 5 hours of use just positioning components, it crashes!!!

With the error numbers you should be able to know where the problem is coming from, right?

Now every time I open Fusion I get stressed and wonder if I could finish my work!! Do you find that normal ? I've used Eagle for over 25 years without any crashes, isn't Fusion supposed to be better?

To conclude and for the 10th time, why are you adding new options when the base is not stable? Why are you so behind the competition? Why does the competing software that I use for large projects (6 layers and more than 2000 components) never crash?

Stop adding more floors to this building if the foundation is not stable.

Now what do we do?

I appreciate the feedback over the years and certainly understand your frustration. We want to assure you that we do listen to our customers and do everything possible to address the issues reported. We will monitor the crashes you send in (I see that there is one crash that you have sent in from the time of this post) and we will continue to address those issues as and when we identify the cause of the problem.
