Hi All, 

Why I can't create a folder here ???????, WHY ??????????????

Why the Button is grey ? Why are simple things never possible with Fusion?????? It's tiring 😞

@RitchieFromParis Our apologies for this experience. I am going to tag couple of our other engineers to this thread but can you confirm that in this hub that you are seeing this, if you are the owner of the hub or if you have admin access to this hub? 

@Andy.Spivey @porkodi_autodesk Could this have to do anything with folder level permissions?

@RitchieFromParis Can you please also confirm if Fusion is online? We heard back from our engineering team that when Fusio is in offline mode, new folder creation is not available.

@RitchieParis Our apologies for this experience.  Can you share diagnostic logs from your end? You can perform following steps for getting logs:

1. Go to Help (? icon)
2. Support and Diagnostics
3. Diagnostic Log Files

Also can you perform following steps:

1. Click on Job Status Option present at top right side next to Notification Centre.

2. Toggle "Working Online" switch (online-offline-online)

Now check if you can able to create new folder or not.

Everything works again! I will never understand how Fusion works, sometimes things work and an hour later it no longer works!!!! definitely this software will always be full of bugs!

At this moment when I am writing this message, the horizontal alignment of component NAMEs does not work!!! tomorrow maybe it will work, if it doesn't rain !!

This morning the "FOLDER" is greyed !!!!!! 😩 yesterday no.

WHY FUSION is so erratic ???????????

I can't open my projects I have this blue reels for many minutes !!!!!!!!! 😡
