Bug: "Change" Menu Does Not Reopen When Already Selected

I’ve noticed a minor usability issue: when the Change menu is already selected in the ribbon menu, clicking on Change again does not re-display the menu options. This is different from typical behaviour in many UI systems, where clicking the active menu button toggles the menu visibility or reopens it.

It would be helpful if clicking Change again would re-display the menu, especially in cases where the user has accidentally dismissed it or wants to switch options quickly.

Thanks for looking into this!

Hi @paullevene ,

I hope you're doing well. You are very observant, I can reproduce this. I'll make a ticket for this.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi @jorge_garcia,

I use keyboard shortcuts to access most functionality, but doing the 'change' command twice with a hotkey does not work either. Try changing two property of a signal consecutively - the second change command will only work after another command is executed first (e.g. a move). I don't know if it's the same issue, but it has been like this for years.

Best regards,

Paul
