I have a student who is trying to activate their account.  They did not enter a password, but autodesk says they have a verified account.  They try to hit reset password, and no email ever comes.  I tried to call the support line - I've since learned that is a joke and of no use.  I tried the online support chat.  They didn't even give an ability for me to type in a question.  Can anyone help?  I'm very frustrated with the lack of help from Autodesk at this point.

Dan, my IT department is trying to unblock the email from student accounts, but we need to know what email address the password reset comes from.  Can you help with this?

The email would would have from customersupport@autodesk.com.
