I have a student who is trying to activate their account. They did not enter a password, but autodesk says they have a verified account. They try to hit reset password, and no email ever comes. I tried to call the support line - I've since learned that is a joke and of no use. I tried the online support chat. They didn't even give an ability for me to type in a question. Can anyone help? I'm very frustrated with the lack of help from Autodesk at this point.
