Hello!
It's been over 15 days since I asked to open an account for my school. I haven't heard anything. The only message I get from the "agent" is that my request will be processed within 48 hours. However, the deadline has long passed. I'd like to be able to start my introduction to 3D with my students soon.
Where can I go to speed up the process? How can I reach a real person and not an IT agent?
Thanks for your help!
Have a nice day!

The team reset your profile, in case you selected the wrong school, you can now redo your education profile.
Hope this helps.

Hello Dan!
After a vacation, I'm back at it again.
I've edited my profile and made sure that the information matches the document sent.
I hope this time I did everything right, I'm on the verge of giving up.
Best regards,
Alain
Hello!
I think I've got it! Mail received: You're eligible for free one-year educational access to Autodesk products through the Autodesk Education Community. Your access is valid through 2024-10-31, and you'll have the opportunity to renew if you are eligible.
Thanks for your help!
I can see that your account is confirmed as an IT Admin.
Thanks for your patience as we figured out this issue.

Hello Dan!
Apparently, my account is still experiencing problems.
1. When I install the software, I get a message in red telling me that my license has expired....
2. I've looked at the guide to creating student accounts, but I don't have the same options as noted in the guide.
Can you confirm that everything is ok with my account and that I'm supposed to be able to use the software for 1 year and create accounts for my students?
I'm seriously starting to despair... I plan to start my introduction to 3D modeling next week.
What is your role at your school? I see that your Autodesk Education profile is set to IT Admin (This is why your screen looks differently than the guide. IT Admin can only get software for your school, no individual licenses). Was this a mistake?
Here is a definition of the Education roles.
As an IT Admin, to get an individual license of Fusion you could create a second Education account with another email address and set the role to Educator (can get individual software and assign licenses to students).
Another option is to ask an Educator at your school to assign you a license. See Option 2 in the Fusion 360 Educator Guide.
Keep us posted.

Hi Dan!
Yes, we had pointed out this error and that I needed to change my role as educator.
When I reapplied for eligibility, I seem to have selected educator...
Since I wouldn't like to have a second account, is it possible to delete my information so that I can change my role?
I'm not sure why the IT Admin profile was persistent. I'll submit a request to have your profile reset.
I'll keep you posted.
-Dan
The team was able to change your Autodesk Education Profile to an Educator. You should now be able to acquire an Individual license of Fusion.
Also, on The Class / Lab tab, you'll have to select an option to assign licenses to your students (option on the left), or get traditional network licenses for your school lab computers (option on the right). Note that Fusion is now available as a traditional network licenses.
Let us know if this resolves your issue.
