Autodesk ID is not authorized???

I tried everything what has been suggested:

- sign out and in

- restart the computer, etc.

Nothing works.

Any idea why?

Cheers,

Kinga

Hi I am having the same problem.  Autodesk ID not Authorized.

i tried the troubleshooting from previous posts, sign out of Revit, sign back in etc...

Now it says I have no jobs left in my trial.  I am not on a trial so I am unsure what is happening here...  I installed through Autodesk Desktop Manager and have a full Autodesk Suite with every product, so I have no idea why it says I am on a trial.

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble to authenticate with Revit Live service.

Revit Live is included in AEC Collection.  It is not included in any Suites.  Do you mind share the full name of the suite or collection you have?  I will double check it.

Thank you,

Libei

Why am I not authorized since it's part of our collection? How do I fix this?

Hi @robertbTNH4Q,

When did this happen?  I search our log and can't find anything related in the past 3 days.  Can you sign out and sign in from Revit; then try Go Live again?  If the problem persists, can you send me a private message with your email, so I can check it in our database?

Thank you,

Libei

About an hour ago. I signed out and in and even rebooted my entire computer, then posted the error message.

Oddly enough, it worked right now when I signed out and back in. Problem solved by waiting an hour?

I am also having this problem.  I have signed off and back on with no success.

Revit 2019.2. Revit Live Projects 2.1.781.

Hi @Erik ,

Can you sign out from Revit Main windows; then launch Go live and sign back in from the Sign In in Go Live popup?  As shown in this screenshot:

Please let us know if this helps.

Thank you,

Libei

Hi Libei,

I signed out of Revit. Launched Go Live and signed in.  I got a notice that my computer clock was off.  I adjusted the time and succeeded to upload a model.  All seems to be working.

Thank you,
