Autodesk ID is not authorized???

I tried everything what has been suggested:

- sign out and in

- restart the computer, etc.

Nothing works. 

 

Any idea why?

Hi Libei,

 

The previous issues has been sorted by Autodesk Team. As mentioned 2 merged A360 accounts were causing the problem.

 

After the fix I was successful to export 1 revit model to Live. 

 

Today I'm experiencing further issues. The error occurs when uploading the model to Live (at approx 7% through the upload). 

I don;t know what may be causing this. 

I've log out from A360, cleaned the model, restarted the computer, even updated Revit 2017 and turned off my firewall

 

Attached is the logs - one from today and one from yesterday in case they show something different. 

 

Are you able to help me to keep going ? I've a few clients waiting to walk though the design.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Do you use central model with your Revit Project?  If yes, the workaround is:

 

1. Detach from central model.

2. Save the Revit project locally; then send the project to Revit Live service.

 

Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes?

Hi Libei,

 

I use central model only. I don’t do anything different to what I’ve done previously.

I still don’t know what the issue may be?

 

Do you have any other idea?

 

Is the Revit Live supporting Revit (LT) 2017?

Maybe some sort of update (Live editor) are needed?

I use version 1.8.0668

 

It’s soo annoying that every time I try to export from Revit to Live, I’m having some sort of issues .

Hi Libei,

 

Sometimes the Error says my ID is not authorized to use the service and sometimes it just plain don't recognize the subscription and says that I have no Job left in my trial.

Hi @amocampo,

 

I have doubled checked your account.  You have used all your trial credits.  That's why you cannot access Revit Live service anymore.  You can subscribe to Revit Live to continue using it.

Libei,

Hi! Regarding that Autodesk Live was recently included in the Building Suite Package which gives us full subscription for Autodesk Live under our License.

All the users under our license was able to use Autodesk Live with full Subscription except me.

Same issue here despite having subscription - I get the message below;

I checked your account, and all looks good.  Can you sign out from Revit and sign back in?  If the problem persists, can you let me know at when (date and time) you go live?  This information can help me debug.

Can you sign out from Revit the start Go Live?  You will be ask to sign in to continue.  Sign in again and then Go Live.

 

If you still get the "your user account is unauthorized" message, can you give me your email address through private message?
