hello i have done a project using zbrush and converted the file which was done in zbrush to artcam while executing the file, i.e, while carving the wood using  CNC machine the image was not done perfectly as it has got many peaks and valleys on the wood sheet.

so can somebody let me know how could i overcome this problem without any errors. is there any way to rectify this

Hi Stanley,

Can upload pictures of the objekt.
Questions:
Is it a body, relief ...?
Which file type was exported by z-Brush?
What kind of editing was chosen in Artcam?
When machining on the machine, was taken care to ensure that the tool data such as shape, diameter, angle ... corresponds to the setting in Artcam.

Hi,

  1. For an evaluation one would have to see the milling result.
  2. What tools did you use?
  3. If you generated the toolpaths with artcam, you must have selected the roughing and finishing tools and made the appropriate settings for them.

So I think this question is better asked in the ARTCAM or V-CARVE forum.
