Why won't it fillet this edge?

Did the same fillet on the other side already. The red edge will do it by itself but then the problem shifts to another edge no matter what order I fillet them in, 1 always has an error.

Errors:

- Failed to perform Boolean operation

- The fillet could no be created at requested size (there is absolutely enough space and usually the error fillet and the edge either side can be filleted if done in a different order.)

this isn't a particularly unusual issue with bodies converted from stl files.  90% of the time the advise is to remodel stl using native fusion geometry, using the stl only as a visual reference.

there is most likely a near tangent condition between one or more of the edges.  impossible to tell with out seeing a model.  you could export it as a .f3d and attach it to the forum.

@leonhamilton196

This one will be easy to fix.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I would just split it in half, then mirror the filleted side.

Thank you, but no need to waste your time, it worked with a 1.99 mm fillet which is accurate enough for what I need
