Why are some lines getting skewed on imported artwork?

Can't figure out whats going wrong with certain characters that they get skewed when imported as a dxf?

When I bitmap them in Inkskape they look fine.

You can see below the N in ENG and A in LAD are pretty distorted.

Can you share the Inkscape, the dxf and the fusion file? Thx.
