¿What is the difference between Fillet and Round?

I've known that fillet is for to shape in a curvy way. Also, Round has the same characteristic. However, one exercise told me different measures between Round and Fillet, so my question is: ¿What is the difference between Fillet and Round?

I don't think that Fusion ever exposes the "fillet vs round" terminology (everything is a "fillet").  But, in general, in the industry, "round" is usually thought of as applied to a convex edge, while "fillet" usually means a concave edge.

proving myself wrong, there is one place where Fusion exposes Round vs Fillet.  In the Rule Fillet UI:

But, the meaning here is as I described, and the icons illustrate that.
