We are always keen to hear from great people to support our Fusion 360 customers

As a Technical Support Manager based in Munich, I wanted to post to share that we are always keen to hear from great people who might like to support our customers.

Feel free to reach out to either Sabrina Hannappel (one of our recruiters here) or myself if you would like to speak to someone about joining our ever growing team 🙂

Looking forward to hearing from some awesome people!

Thanks,

Jon

Hi @Jon.Wilde,

Could you please be more specific regarding what type of support (Online/Onsite) and what level of knowledge, experience and industry are you looking for?

Cheers / Ben

Hey,

Personally I would be looking for people to work in the office with the team, mainly online (I'm based in Munich). Saying that, there are opportunities all over the place so that shouldn't stop anyone shouting up.

A variety of experience is always really useful within the team, so that everyone can learn from each other. As for product knowledge and experience, I believe that anyone can learn anything if they wish to, so my focus is more on finding the right people to interface with our huge variety of customers than specific product knowledge.

Having said that, if you are a Fusion 360 pro, this is obviously a better starting point 😄

Some people are customer people, some are not. To me, forums are a great place to start looking as everyone here knows how we all like to communicate, good starting point.

Feel free to keep chatting if you have any further questions - or PM me.

Thanks!

Jon
