Wacom tablet support in latest Fusion360

Hi, I have a Wacom Intuos Pro table and lately I've been trying to use it with Fusion360. I read somewhere that Fusion360 does have support for the Wacom tablets but I am not sure whether that is true. My observation is that none of the Wacom specialized functions work. What I mean by "specilized functions" is that the Wacom software has special "Pan", "Zoom", or "Rotate" functions which don't do anything in Fusion360.

I can simulate the "Pan" and "Zoom" by re-assigning those buttons to actual keyboard key combinations but my question is what level of support does Fusion360 include?

Alternatively, is there a list of all the keyboard shortcuts supported by Fusion360? I am aware that some of the commands have shortcuts and they are listed next to the commands in the drop-downs. I am wanted to see *all* the shortcuts, including navigational ones.

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

Thanks for posting.

First, for shortcuts, just check out our learning page.

Have you seen the help section? You can search for terms like "shortcuts". If you can't find something just let us know.

For Wacom:

There is a recent post that may have helpful information about settings:

You can search for solutions using the community search tool:

Wacom is not enabled in preferences by default. So first turn it on.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks,

Hi, I actually did do the help search and neither "shortcut" nor "keyboard" returned any results at all. I think I even tries "Wacom". I also found the Wacom Cintiq topic and read through it but the Cintiq is very different from the Intuos lines.

However, I did not even see the Wacom option in the Preferences. I'll definitely try it. Thanks for the info.

As you can see from the attached image, I don't have the Wacom input option in my General preferences. Why would that be?

Hi @fulcrumusa,

Sorry, there is a bit of difference about "Use Wacom device for gestures" option between Mac and Windows.

- On Windows, it has been turned-on. Fusion doesn't show it on Preferences dialog, any more.

- On Mac, it appears on Preferences dialog and turned-off by default. A user can pick it as per actual need.

Hi,

I am using windows too, and have problems with using an old wacom bamboo (one of their older graphic tablets, that I can`t find in the internet anymore), and every time I try to use it with fusion, Fusion zooms out incredibly far, although the pen just hovered over the board. Do you have any idea why this is happening? I haven`t found a similar problem in the forums.

Thanks for reading!
