Using Sheet Metal to flange a clamping bracket

I would be grateful if anyone can suggest a workflow for achieving the following.  I am designing a very simple sheet metal clamp as per the image; however, I would really like to achieve this using Fusion 360 Sheet Metal function, so I can then create a flat pattern ready for laser cutting.  I have spend many hours trying to figure this out, as many of the components we produce in sheet metal are cylindrical.Sheet Metal Clamp.png

Welcome any support or suggestion on how to achieve this in Fusion 360.

Many thanks,

Jase

Simple way would be just draw the inside profile with a suitable fillet\bend rad between the arc and parallel flanges. See attached file.

Experimenting a bit more and you don't need the fillets in the sketch, the flange will create the correct bend radius for you if you leave it sharp.

Gents,

Thank you all very much for the suggestions, I am going to have a play.  Initially I was creating a cylinder with a gap, changing it to sheet metal using the bend function, define the rules and then effectively bringing the flange up to form the cylinder.  The selecting on the vertical edge of the gap to try an pull the clamp flanges out.  This did not work as I could not select them.  Looking forward to trying the suggestions.

Thanks again.

@TheCADWhisperer  What would be the best way to create the holes at right angles to the flanges? They should really be done in the unfolded state but calculating the position might be tricky. One thought is create a square hole for reference, unfold then create sketch points off the square holes. Any simpler way? See attached file.

That worked about as well as anything that I can think of.

I made a couple of changes in the Attached for symmetry about the Origin.

Another option might be to model as trimmed surface body and then Thicken and Convert to Sheet Metal.
