Creating sheet metal flaps

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create the dxf file for laser cutting. The model that I created looks like this:

So, I need that small cut inside of the main panel in order for the flaps to be bent. 

But when I generate the flat pattern out of it, I don't get that cut (there should be a cut all the way to the third green line in the pic below).

What should I do?

You haven't supplied your design so got to guess you have your bend relief set to tear. Try setting to straight and a small width like 0.1mm
