Using public shared link, explode causes parts to dissapear

Hi All,

I have imported a step file into fusion, something I designed in another bit of software. Its three parts, bought in as one file. When I share a public link, it all opens fine, but when I use the explode slider, one of the components just dissapears, it does not slide away. 

I would share the link but the parts in question are quite important and I don't really want them seen publically. Happy to send it privately to a Autocad staff member though. 

Its not a huge issue, but its obviously not behaving correctly so I thought it was worth asking.
