Hello,

I am a bit new with this CAD software.

I checked already a lot of tuto on Youtube but I can not find the solution to my issue.

I am trying to using an axis as reference for a sketch

Please check the picture I want to put a dimeunsion between the axis and one side of my rectangle

Edit the circles’ sketch and dimension the centre point.

 

Might help....

You don't really need the axis.

-"edit" the sketch with the square

-"project" the center point of the circle into the sketch

-dimension the side of the square off the projected point

Thank you. I was not able to project the center of the hole but at least the axis.. So it is not so bad 😄

there are several ways to goal:

1. project axis

2. project centerpoint

project axis and centerpointproject axis and centerpoint

3. project contour

project contourproject contour
