User Parameter being limited - how did he do it?

I create a three ring component which is meant to be used in other designs.

User parameters were, inner ring and outter diameters, clearance, thinkness.

It behaved ok, and now, I cannot access the user parameters screen ....

I loaded your file and all seems OK, have you tried a reboot of your computer. Can you get a screen grab of your modify menu.

Is that you are not able to see the 'Parameter Dialog'?

most of the time I work with 2 monitors, it worked fine on a single monitor...  but I lost my menu somehow...
I did not know about the Alt-Space on windows...
