Hello,

i shearshed on google and diferente menu i didn't find an answer.

i would like to know, is this possible to set-up a parameter distence with a distance measured by ruler tool.

the goal of this option is to parater many distance to obtein a secondary distence who will be affected by the first one , and use this distence in a third step to creat off-set plan.

exemple

i would like to use the distence (1)

to set-up a parameter the "tangency off-set" value

and secondary question.

while creating a plan along a curve, is this possible to use a proportional option, with a + or - physical distence?

can e reverse the direction of the 0 and 1 point along distence?

thanks a lot.

Today, there is no way to directly use the result of a Measure in a parameter equation.

However, you can create a "driven" sketch dimension, and use that value in another dimension, as long as it is within the same sketch.  I'm not sure if that will satisfy your requirement or not, but as long as it is all within the same sketch, it might.

Hi ,
change unit to current for first question.

for secondary question , always first point of the sketch is 0 physical distance so you have to redraw the sketch but inverse

How does changing the unit to electrical current pertain to OP's question?
