Thanks,

I managed to figure this out yesterday, but the uploaded drawings do not appear in my

cloud folder.

I have not figured this out yet, but I,m making progress in the drawing environment,

which is great.

Hi kaddy99,

Can you provide some more details on what you are uploading the drawings for?  Are you importing drawing (assuming existing DWG file) geometry into your Fusion design?  When you mention the drawing environment, do you mean the 2D drawings environment in Fusion 360?  We don't support upload/edit of an existing DWG in Fusion Drawings, unless it's a titleblock you are importing.  The drawing in Fusion (f2d) is linked to the design (f3d) it is created from.  While the drawing (f2d) can be output to dwg, we don't support import/editing of dwgs in the 2D drawings workspace.

Thanks,
Chris

Sorry for the confusion, its all new to me at the moment.

Its not the 2d environment. Its the saved file of the 3d object that

I,ve modelled.

When I click save as, and name the model, it asks me the location, and I pick the folder I created here

https://client.autocad360.com/#/filemanager.html

It doesn't appear in the folder....should it.

Hi kaddy99,

No worries.  Thanks for the details, that helps a lot.  The link you have there is for "AutoCAD 360", which is a web-based drawing/viewing app and is completely separate from Fusion.  Files you save in Fusion will not be available there, so the fact they're not appearing is expected.  AutoCAD 360 can open/view DWG files.  Fusion 360 has design (f3d) and drawing (f2d) files, neither of these will be open-able in AutoCAD 360.

If you have Fusion open, you'll see the side panel on the left with a few folders, Samples, "First Project", etc.  Clicking the name for the current one will open a web page to myhub.autodesk360.com (Note Autodesk, not AutoCAD).  It can be confusing, the two look a lot alike, especially when someone refers to just "A360."  This is where your Fusion files are saved.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,
Chris
