Hello,

I have a progress-bar titled "Upload progress" on the bottom left corner of the application that is not doing anything, its been stuck since yesterdays outage. The version of the file that the application is trying to upload is not even the current one.

Could someone help me figure out whats going on?

Thanks.

@Anonymous Sorry for the delay!

The first thing to try is:

1. Open Fusion 360 and enter into Offline Mode

2. While in offline mode, open the design that is not syncing and save a new version. Do this for all files that are having problems uploading

3. Try going back online to see if the files sync

If the files don't sync, then you may want to use the following procedure to manually clear out the upload queue and the progress meter. Please note that anything that has not been synced to the cloud may be lost if you use the below procedure. In the previous case, this was okay since the pending updates were not critical files and/or it is easy to update a previous version one more time and rework the design.

To do this we did the following:

1. Close Fusion 360

2. Browse to:

  • Mac
    Macintosh HD > Users > *** > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > *** > W.Login

  • Windows
    C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login\

2. Copy the entire Q directory and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml to a different directory for safe keeping.

3. Delete the Q directory and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml

4. Delete the jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files located in:

  • Mac
    Macintosh HD > Users > *** > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > *** > PLogin

  • Windows
    C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\P.Login

5. Restart Fusion 360

Give that a try and let me know if it helps.

@Anonymous Your seems to be an issue with the Time and Date settings on your computer. There isn't anything stuck in the upload as far as I can tell.

I'm seeing this in the log files

W time settings difference, date header from server: Fri, 31 Mar 2017 12:29:28 Localtime: pe 31. maalis 10:29:34 2017, ServerTime:

Can you try the suggestions in the below link and let me know if they help to resolve the issue?

Thanks,

Hi,

Upload Progress is frozen. I cancelled the first file the system was trying to upload, but it was an unsuccessful attempt. the rest don't upload either.

How should I resolve it? I have attached the log files.

Thank you.

Hi, the same happened to me. The upload progress is frozen and I can't access my work. Even I saved it along the progress now i can't access any of the older versions. For instance I saved my project at v12 but now is frozen  trying to upload v13 and I can't reach even v12. Is it any chance to recover at least an older version? I have a deadline and I worked a week for this project. Please help! I also attached the diagnostic logs
