Upload failure and invalid zip Package

I have been experiencing the full spectrum of Fusion 360 but more recently I have been having a few more frustrating issues. The first issue is the constant Upload Failure, of some original file which has long been changed. I have tried a few different things to solve the problem but nothing has worked. I get 2 pop in notifactions every 5 or 10 minutes, which makes it impossible to get anything done. I have attached a picture of the error message that shows up after clicking on the side bar. Please help!

The second problem is when I try opening a particular file. It takes some time like it's about to open the file and then shows an error message saying that the file is an invalid zip package? I'm really not sure what is wrong with it because I was able to open it earlier in the week and now all of a sudden I a unable to work on it.

Thanks.

Can you try clearing the cached files below to see if it helps.

1. Close Fusion 360.

2. Locate and delete the below directories.

Windows:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk fusion 360\{ID}/PLM360Cache

%LOCALAPPDATA%\temp\Autodesk\BrowserCachec

Mac OS:

~Library/application support/Autodesk/Autodesk fusion 360/{ID}/PLM360Cache

Open Terminal and enter open $TMPDIR/Autodesk - locate the  BrowserCache directory

3. Open Fusion 360 and re-test.

Note: The directories and contents should be re-created at run time.

You may also try this suggestion:

Manually Clear Upload Meter Files:

1. Close Fusion 360

2. Browse to:

Windows:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<ID> (look for latest modified)

Mac OS:

~Library\Application Support\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<ID> (look for latest modified)

3. Locate the jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files.

4. Delete both the json and the lck file.

5 Restart Fusion 360 and review the Upload queue.

Note: The files should be recreated at runtime.

If the issue keeps happening it may be a good idea to perform a clean uninstall and then re-install.

Re-install using a fresh download from:

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Anything that has been saved to a project in your Dashboard will be safe.

If you have anything that is cached locally, but has not yet synced to the cloud it may be a good idea to create an archive file.

See the link below for instructions on how to create an archive file.

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-...

One thing you may want to do is work offline. Working offline should show you all of your locally cached files. If there are any important designs, open and export an archive file. The archive files can later be uploaded.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
