Just got the update. Upon reopening I have NO FILES.

WHERE ARE MY FILES?

Refresh does nothing.

I am in the middle of a project and my teeth are grinding.

Could you share a copy of your diagnostic log files with me? The application log files in the Autodesk Fusion 360 folder of the resulting zip file will contain itemized logging for every save.

Is it possible that you're looking at the wrong folder under C:\users\***\appdata\local\autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360?

I'm happy to take a look at the logs and see if I can pinpoint an error and offer some suggestions. I'd really love to see a screenshot of what you see when you're online/offline in the data panel if you have chance.

Hi,

I got similar problem...:( after the newest update fusion is not working on my laptop. This is what I get after launching

Untitled.pngUntitled12.pngUntitled123.pngWhichever folder I try to open it continously try to refresh but its doing nothing...

Diagnostic log files are not working now, but somehow I could generate the .zip file an hour ago, and when I tried to generate the new one right before writing this post, somehow fusion got rid of the previous one and now I am left with nothing...

I can not open anything from my a360 hub neither.

Untitled3.png...and it all started after yesterday's update that had place at about the same time as the date of modification of this production folder (2017-01-22 22:30 GMT+1)

I also tried to reboot router and sign out/ sign in and still nothing...:(

Is there anything I can to with it ?

Can you please try the below:

1. Go into Fusion 360 - Help - Diagnostics log file

2. Send the zip file to raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com

3. Close Fusion.

4. Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk and delete the Web Services folder

5. Then launch Fusion 360.

Does this fix the issue?

None of this works and as I wrote I can not now generate this diagnostic log files anymore...it says "gathering diagnostics logs failed "

I assume deleting the web services folder is also not helping?

Yep, nothing I actually tried it before, because only deleting web server folder allowed me to sign out and resign in...

Lost all project Avatars in Fusion after update.  They show in A360.

Tried suggested logout/quit/login.  Did not resolve Avatars, but what it did do is blow out (reset) all my preferences. Thinks I'm a new user.

Hello,

I'm assuming that you are able to see all your designs on A360. If yes and still see nothing in Fusion360 in Data Panel, could you try following:

  1. Uninstall Fusion360
  2. Use "Fusion360 Cleanup tool" to clean your computer
    https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...
  3. Install Fusion360 again, and try to log in

Can you share your result here? I hope that you will be able to continue in your work after that.

Thank you,

Ernest Toth

I saw this exact same thing yesterday, spinning refresh wheel, no designs. Restarting Fusion brought them back. Fusion crashed, they are gone again.

Today they are back, but Fusion's crashed or hung several times, not even giving me the "send crash log" window. Something was seriously broken in this update.

Ernest,

Clean uninstall/reinstall resolved.

My issue was not as severe as other describe. I saw all designs on A360
and Fusion. It was project avatars that were missing from Fusion
(showing in A360), and Fusion thought I was a new user at each login.
This was happening on one Mac and not another. The reinstall seemed to
resolve on the bad Mac - see avatars and preferences stick between
sessions now - had to redo all prefs, customization's, etc., the that
still gets the ARGGGGGH!

Thanks
