Multiple joints between two components

Hi,

I've just completed modeling all the components and am attempting to assemble them together.  There are 2 components which I've problem joining them together.  I have more experience using solidworks but would like to make a total switch to Fusion360 given its versatility and the included CAM.

They are to be assembled in this manner:

- The off centered hole of ExCenter is to be ear the end of the shaft with the single hole.

- The screw hole of the ExCenter is to be concentric to that hole.

The files are attached.  Appreciate if anyone can help me out.

Thank you.

Kyle

Hi Keqing,

Thanks for the video.

In Fusion 360, is there a way to create 2 mates such that one is concentric with the shaft (from offsetted hole on ExCenter's perspective) and another concentric mate for the tapped hole with the small hole? This way, it takes the guess work (trial and error adjustments and lining out by eye) out of the equation, ensuring that after the parts are machines, the parts are going to work.

From what I've done so far, I've already noticed some dimension adjustments are needed during the assembly in Fusion (ExCenter bring a little too big for 1).

Good software you guys have! I just need to get used to it.

Regards,
Kyle
