Unexpected movement during a 2D Contour

I created a 2D Contour to cut out a part. When ran a Simulation there was an expected movement at one outside corner; it looked like it was drilling a hole at the point. This was at the retract location. In the toolpath, there was a stack of green arrows at the point. Screenshot attached.

That looks like lead in out settings, 

If you did not consider that or ramp settings, I would not consider them unexpected.

 

Posting in the CAM forum will expose you to the CAM gurus, who may not monitor this area.

I did post again in CAM. @davebYYPCU  and got a quick reply. And you were correct that Lead-ins were the issue.
