Let me give some context: a few days ago, I received my hobby desktop 5-axis CNC milling machine at home. I wanted to test it with a few simple operations using all 5 axes. So, I decided to draw something simple (see file attached). As CAM is also relatively new to me, I kept it simple.

To be more specific, I programmed everything, simulated it, and everything seemed to be going well. Now, when I tried it out on the machine, everything went smoothly until the 4th and 5th axes came into operation. The machine did something completely different from what I had simulated.

Concrete problem occurred when making the chamfer by orienting the piece so that the side of the mill forms a 45-degree angle to cut. For some reason, the mill started cutting away from the desired location, causing damage to the part.

I'm not sure if the problem is with me, the post-processor, or the machine itself. That's why I'm asking if someone with experience could help me with this issue.

In the attachment, I have included the model file and CAM program. I have also included the NC code and post-processor provided by the manufacturer of the machine.
