Unexpected Error when exporting DXF

Hi, 

I have this part, which was created in Solidworks then imported as a .step into Fusion and converted to sheetmetal part. But when I try to export the DXF, it gives an expected error. 

Any help would be appreciated.

So I made the flat pattern from the opposite side and that worked. 

It would be good if there was a clear error message of exactly why this failed
