Unable to start Fusion 360

Hi

When I open Fusion 360 I get the following message:

"You have been working in offline mode for more than the allowed period of 2 weeks. Please login to your A360 account to continue."

Fusion then start to load, but then stops and exits the program before anything can be selected.

Is there another way to log in?

Thank You

As the message states, you need to login to A360.

http://autodesk360.com/

Go to this link and log in. This is the dashboard of your Fusion work. It is used to manage data, manage collaboration with other users, create projects, etc.

Could you let me know how you got into the situation? It will help us to find better solution to the problem.

Did you manually turn on the offline mode and continue using it for more than 2 weeks and then end up with the message?

Thank you,

Ji-Young Oh.

Hi Ji-Young

I have turned on offline mode maunually.

I and have logged in multiple times to A360 and reinstalled Fusion 360, but it still crashes just after loading.

Let me know of any additional information you might require.

Thank You

Thanks for the reply. I will follow up with our engineering to identify the cause.

In the meanwhile, please try out the solution that Marshal provided in her link.

Do you see the other directories listed in the path  (e.g. Nuetron Platform, etc..)?

Mac

~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/ Options

Windows
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options

Are the files/folders hidden?

To show hidden Files and Folders:

Mac OS:

  1. Open Terminal found in Finder > Applications > Utilities.
  2. In Terminal, paste the following: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES.
  3. Press return.
  4. Hold the 'Option/alt' key, then right click on the Finder icon in the dock and click Relaunch.

Windows:

  1. Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.

  2. Click the View tab.

  3. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

I hope this helps!

Thanks,
