Unable to set pivot to center of body

See video below. I've tried holding CTRL as well as SHIFT, still can't select it.

Please attach the model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

You can snap to a sketch point at the center of your body but when you do, nothing works after the selection is made, rotate or move do not work, looks like a bug. 

 

You are better off not moving the body anyway.

Since that part does not have a circle center, you cannot select the center first when moving the body.

You can display the sketch later and move the pivot to that center.

I'd recommend reading Rule #1.  If that body was in a component and designed around the Origin,  it would be very simple to move it, or better still, use a joint to position it.
