Hi all,
Trying to rotate my wing 4* to give it some dihedral. I have tried to remove any constraints I could find in various sketches in the "Wing Square Tip" component. But still can't get it to rotate. I was able to rotate the "Wing Large" wing. Not sure what is different here.

haven't opened your file, but I have 2 observations from the pic.
1-your still in set pivot mode, need to click the green check before anything will happen.
2-you subject line says rotate BODY, but the dialog is set to SKETCH OBJECT.
p.s generally speaking, it's not a good idea to "move" sketch objects off the sketch plane.
That component is free to click and drag, so if not using Joints, (and Move is not recommended)
Works better if you rotate Component.
Set Pivot - to where it matters, this is a guess.
Set Angle 4 deg?
Press OK.
