Unable to open project file

I am a new user to Fusion 360, so this may be obvious, but I am having trouble opening saved files in Fusion 360. In my account, when I am on the project page I want to open, I click "Open in Fusion". It opens the Fusion 360 program but not the project file. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Hello erkayser, welcome to Fusion 360!

I hope that I can help you, I'm a new user too. I was tried it too (open the project from web page) but my project is opened correctly in Fusion 360. The project opened in a few seconds after Fusion 360 program opened. So your case maybe a bug.

Another way to open your project is: first, open Fusion 360 program > login > Data Panel > your project

Data Panel

By the way, can you help me to give the "Like" to my design in the links below?:

1. https://fusion360.autodesk.com/projects/kujang

2. https://fusion360.autodesk.com/projects/akik-indonesian-gemstone

3. https://fusion360.autodesk.com/projects/delman-style-lounge-chair

I am participating in Autodesk Fusion 360 Competition in Indonesia and need 50 "like" to be judges by juries. Thank you so much!

Best Regards,

Arif

An experienced Inventor user is having the same issue finding where to access first saved project from the cloud. One would think it would be as obvious as a button called Open in the same drop down menu as the Save or Save As regardless if one has to sign into it or whatever in order to retrieve the project. After over an hour I have finally found this help info and will see if it works. My help menu currently fails to open too which just adds to problem.

One additional piece of missing info is that one must hit the arrow button in the very top left corner of the panel to slide open more of the Data panel where there you should find your saved project listed and can double click to open it. Before sliding open the second part of the data panel it only showed the Fusion 360 examples provided with the program. Thanks for the help to finally get us back to work.
