Unable to open fusion 360 even after complete installed.

Hi ,

This is Himanshu Jha

Good Afternoon!

I have downloaded the Fusion 360 from Auto desk for  1 month trail ,  even after complete installation  while opening by shortcut  unable to open Fusion 360.

I can access for  my profile and Login account  himanshujha5@gamil.com .

I have also reinstalled the same but same things is going on.

Here attached  screen shots during opening.

I can see a typo in your email address or is it correct?

 

Could you try to login first to A360 webpage to check if your account will be created there?

 

I also see that you have running Autocad, I would recommend to close it first and then try to re-launch Fusion.

Dear Sir,

I have uninstalled Autocad 2016 and fusion 360 . then Installed again
Fusion 360 But still fusion 360 is not getting open.

Please help me .

Here are a couple troubleshooting steps we can do to find the cause of the problem:

 

1. Could you may check the release date of your graphics driver? It might need to be updated with the link here:

 

    Nvidia / AMD 

 

2. Could you may try to do the "clean uninstall" with the link here?

3. Would you may share your Log files with us?  We could analyze what happens in the background when Fusion 360 is launching.
