Switching move types in the Move tool - we haven't forgotten!

Hi Fusion 360-ers,
One of the biggest requests after we introduced the new Move tool was to bring back the ability to switch move types (e.g. switch from 'Free Move' to 'Point to Point') without manually committing a step in between. This behavioral change was due to the fact that, in making the Move tool parametric, each Move feature could only really have one move type (since each move type 'remembers' a different set of inputs).
However, given all the feedback we received, the team have been hard at work trying to bring back the flexibility of the old command while keeping all the parametric goodness of the new command. We think we've now cracked it; here's a sneak peek of our in-house development build in action:
Given the restriction of one move type per timeline feature, switching types mid-command will now automatically commit the pending move as a feature, and move you on to creating a new feature for the next move.
This change is still being tested internally, so it didn't make the recent update unfortunately, but if all goes will this should be with you in April!
Do get in touch if you have any feedback or questions about this.
Thanks,
Jake
