Unable to Link Spline to Sketch in Separate Plane

Designing a wingsail for an F50 catamaran in the SailGP. It consists of a wing and a flap, each in 4 segments.  Created the wing and flap profiles in the initial XY plane, then created 4 construction planes with new sketches, and copied the objects to each sketch. These were appropriately resized, positioned, and angled at 4°.

All 4 wing segments were then lofted, and the 2 lowest flap segments, as these have straight Leading and Trailing Edges. After some experimentation, I was able to create a curve on the XZ plane for the Trailing Edge of each of the top 2 flap segments, as the Rails for the Lofting.

However, I found that a spline had not "connected" to the required lower flap profile ("Profile Plane3"), and I cannot move it so it joins.

Hope I added my first Screencast OK.   File is also attached. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

you are close.  You just need to edit the rails and make sure they are coincident with the profiles.  You already have the point correctly included in the sketch, you just need to add a coincident constraint.  Video attached

Many thanks, Jeff.

I may be biting off a bit much with not quite a week on Fusion 360 or CAD. I did try the "Coincident" but obviously did something wrong. 🙂

Cheers, Max
