So, after selecting PNG or TIFF format and selecting a resolution of 2.1MP (1920x1080), I'm getting low quality images and, when I click to download them, I get these ~100kb TextEdit kind of files... not to mention the downloading transparent background simply isn't working.. any idea of what's wrong?
