Unable to get clean shell

I've finally gotten the right shape but in shelling the product there are residuals left inside. I need a clean, hollow vessel.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Not perfect but close for an inside job,

The passage was cleaned out with 2 Loft cuts, as one was not allowing the mapping points to go where needed.

Did you know that body 2 is not joined at either end to anything else yet,

I saw that it was made with a sweep, so may be some problems with the sketch plane alignments, but I didn't go into it.

Hide all but body two, and check it out, I tried a fillet to help, and that failed.

Another approach is to go back an have profile 1 of the loft start from the face of body 2, instead of slightly offset from it.  After doing that and then combining body 1 with body 2 the shell command will work to some degree.
