Can't create flat pattern anymore. Plus edit Flange, Extrusions, on part.

I'm new to Fusion 360 and I need to make a part from 10mm thick sheet metal. I'm used to Inventor where I could start the part in a normal ipt part then switch it to a sheet metal part and I did the same here. The part I'm making was to be made from 9.5mm thick carbon steel but has since been changed to 10mm. I was able to edit the extrusion by pulling it as such out 10mm (took me a while cause I'm used to seeing "Extrusion 1" etc on the sides, and I changed the sheet metal rule to 10mm thick sheet. But when I create the flat pattern, it now doesn't flatten the entire part. It also doesn't let me select the initial extruded face of the part to be stationary when I make the flat pattern anymore, and only selects the phase made from the flange command. Could someone please help me with this? And also tell me how you can edit a created flange, if supposing you want to change how long you made it?

Images are attached to show the part.

Small update:

I've figured out why it wouldn't let me select the extruded face initially to create the flat pattern because there was a discrepancy in thickness, it was 10.5mm thick. I've changed that to 10mm, but it still doesn't flatten the entire part.

It does not work like that yet, you need to do the 2 parts as flanges.

All you need to do is draw a line at the bottom edge of the part select the flange command move it up so it's level with the start of the first bend line

then start a new flange from there make sure it goes in the correct direction and stop it just past where it needs to stop

Then project all the cut features from the part that is failing on to the new flange and extrude cut it out turn the failing model of and it should be good to go.

Thanks very much for your reply, I managed to sort out what I need now, and I've learned how to edit your features. Its that bar placed at the bottom of the screen, which used to be at the left in Inventor (makes sense keeping it there cause you see the bodies that go with it there). It now flattens the entire part. Thanks very much!
