Two interfaces to same help system?

There seems to be a revamped help system for Fusion with the same content as the old one, or maybe the old one is the new one? I don't know which came first.

My questions are: is one canonical and the standard going forward? and is the other to be deprecated? or what?

You got it backwards although I always use the old help as it a lot easier to read, hope the don't close it down any time soon.
