Trying to make side longer

Hi, I have been trying to extrude a face of an object by 7.938mm, but i cant select that face for some reason. Any advice? I have the file attached.

Are you trying to use extrude or press pull?

Press pull should extend the face without any problems.

Did you miss it’s an STL, 

not many tools work with those.

Start by creating Mesh Section Sketches on the YZ and XZ planes.

Edit each sketch in the Solid workspace.

Use the Fit Curves to Mesh Section tool to create the profiles.  Note: The sketch on the XZ plane is only to get the size of the section and the fillet size.

Copy, paste, and move the curve in the YZ plane 7.938mm.

Extrude the YZ profile symmetrically 4mm and add .5mm fillets to the corners.

In the Mesh workspace, Tessellate the 3d body.

Combine it with the mesh.
